General Terms

  1. Sold-out items may occur even though it shows as available in the webshop. Should this occur, you will be contacted by our customer service about your order.
  2. Colours might differ from the product images on the webshop.


  1. We ship worldwide with tracked shipping. Additional shipping costs and country-specific import taxes may occur.
  2. Shipping within Denmark usually take between 3-5 work days. International shipping is depending on destination country.
  3. If you choose to pick up your order at our office/storage, the address is Rørholmsgade 14, kl th, 1352 CPH K. Pickup times: Tuesday 12-18 or Wednesdays 12-18

We at Den Anden Side want you to be satisfied with your purchases. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return policy that allows you to return or exchange the merchandise.

General Return Terms

  1. All returned items must be in unused and undamaged condition with all original tags and labels intact.
  2. Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  3. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to an error on our part or defective merchandise.

Return Procedure

  1. Contact our customer service via merch@denandenside.com and provide the following details: order number, name of the item(s) being returned, reason for the return, and desired action (refund or exchange).
  2. Upon approving your return, our customer service team will provide you with further instructions regarding shipping details.
  3. Ensure that the items are securely packaged to avoid damage during transit.
  4. Return the items to Rørholmsgade 14, kl th, 1352 Copenhagen K, Denmark using a secure shipping method that allows you to track the shipment. We recommend using a shipping service with insurance as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged returned items.

Return of Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective item or an item that does not match your original order, please contact our customer service immediately at merch@denandenside.com. We will ensure to resolve the issue by offering a replacement or refund as needed.

Refund and Exchange Policy

  1. Once we receive and process the returned item, we will assess its condition and verify compliance with the above return terms. We will then proceed with your refund or exchange.
  2. If you have requested a refund, it will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  3. If you have requested an exchange, we will contact you regarding any price differences, shipping costs, or other relevant information before sending out the new merchandise.
